Mamas Lil Dragons programme is an age specific martial arts programme catering to children ages 3-7 year old. Mamas Lil Dragons is more than just martial arts, it is an incorporation of life and safety skills, making itone of the most elite childrens martial arts programmes in the world. This programme trains children to be goodupstanding citizens and gives them an excellent foundation for a lifetime. It includes units in safety and lifeskills, which develops them socially, emotionally, physically, and stretched them intellectually.

Hello my name is Susan Fortune and I have been working with children for 25+ years, having also brought up 4 of my own 3 boys and 1 girl and now having 3 beautiful Grandchildren. I always have a smile on my face, even while teaching, to put everyone at ease and think we should all do it more.
I am very patient with slow learners, as I know from experience how hard it can be. We do not all learn at the same pace, so if a student is struggling, I will show them different ways until they get it! As a child and teenager, I got bullied all the time. Into my adulthood I developed a self-loathing, low self-esteem and zero confidence in myself.
However, at the age of 41 I got my 1st Degree Black Belt in a Martial Art in December 2015, I got my 2nd Degree in December 2017, got my 3rd Degree in December 2020, now I am aiming for my 4th Degree in December 2024 and feel PROUD of my achievements! So, I got to thinking…… I do not want any child to fell as I did, and this is where Mamas Lil Dragons came from.
Mama Dragons staff are friendly and warm welcoming, hard working. We are all fully trained and DBS checked along with some extra training from Mama Dragons her self.
